According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2023, California added the highest number of jobs to all private business establishments (145,592), followed by New York (102,273), and New Jersey (71,205).
On the other hand, Arizona added the least number of jobs (-13,511), followed by Florida (-1,467), and Vermont (380).
