According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2019, Alaska added 1,206 number of jobs to the private goods-producing industry. Among Alaska counties, Anchorage added the highest number of jobs (669), followed by Bristol Bay (556), and Matanuska-Susitna (315).
