According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2023, Alaska added 798 number of jobs to the private goods-producing industry. Among Alaska counties, Anchorage added the highest number of jobs (892), followed by Fairbanks North Star (535), and Kenai Peninsula (522).
