According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2019, Alaska added 752 number of jobs to the private goods-producing industry. Among Alaska counties, Anchorage added the highest number of jobs (1,122), followed by Fairbanks North Star (562), and Matanuska-Susitna (271).
