According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2022, Alaska added 30,611 number of jobs to the private goods-producing industry. Among Alaska counties, Aleutians West added the highest number of jobs (1,117), followed by Kodiak Island (447), and North Slope (134).
