According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in June, 2020, Washington added 22,544 number of jobs to the private natural resources and mining industry. Among Washington counties, Yakima added the highest number of jobs (8,381), followed by Chelan (2,928), and Benton (2,795).
