According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in December, 2021, Washington added -7,884 number of jobs to the private natural resources and mining industry. Among Washington counties, Cowlitz added the highest number of jobs (100), followed by Clark (88), and Whatcom (36).
