According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2021, Washington added -6,212 number of jobs to the private natural resources and mining industry. Among Washington counties, Kittitas added the highest number of jobs (196), followed by Walla Walla (194), and Benton (159).
