United States Payroll Employment By State for The Private Manufacturing Industry in April, 2022

According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2022, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the private manufacturing industry (7,258), followed by California (6,666), and Kentucky (2,507).

On the other hand, Michigan added the least number of jobs (-2,479), followed by West Virginia (-820), and Indiana (-532).
