United States Payroll Employment By State for The Private Manufacturing Industry in February, 2023

According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2023, Indiana added the highest number of jobs to the private manufacturing industry (6,588), followed by Texas (5,116), and California (3,402).

On the other hand, Wisconsin added the least number of jobs (-1,050), followed by Oregon (-441), and Massachusetts (-344).
