According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2022, California added the highest number of jobs to the private manufacturing industry (6,884), followed by Texas (5,006), and Pennsylvania (3,582).
On the other hand, Mississippi added the least number of jobs (-618), followed by Montana (-174), and Maryland (-139).
