According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2023, Illinois added -1,387 number of jobs to the private trade, transportation, and utilities industry. Among Illinois counties, Champaign added the highest number of jobs (152), followed by Kane (131), and Madison (99).
