According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2019, California added 75 number of jobs to the private mining, quarrying, and oil and gas extraction industry. Among California counties, Riverside added the highest number of jobs (44), followed by Los Angeles (26), and Butte (13).
