According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2020, Colorado added -2,359 number of jobs to the private mining, quarrying, and oil and gas extraction industry. Among Colorado counties, Jefferson added the highest number of jobs (8), followed by Douglas (2), and La Plata (2).
