According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2023, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the private construction of buildings industry (1,876), followed by New York (1,781), and Michigan (1,486).

On the other hand, Hawaii added the least number of jobs (-41), followed by Mississippi (-28), and Delaware (-2).
