According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2021, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the private lessors of real estate industry (763), followed by California (545), and Illinois (244).

On the other hand, Arizona added the least number of jobs (-159), followed by New York (-64), and Maryland (-46).
