According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2023, Maryland added the highest number of jobs to the private lessors of real estate industry (380), followed by Illinois (263), and Missouri (195).

On the other hand, New York added the least number of jobs (-544), followed by Georgia (-515), and Texas (-271).
