According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2023, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the private lessors of real estate industry (433), followed by Washington (184), and Ohio (139).

On the other hand, Nevada added the least number of jobs (-292), followed by California (-209), and Maryland (-146).
