According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of California was 4.3% (sa) in March, 2018. Among all California counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Colusa (19.1%), Imperial (17.3%), and Tulare (11.9%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): San Mateo (2.3%), San Francisco (2.5%), and Marin (2.5%).
