According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Jersey was 4.3% (sa) in November, 2006. Among all New Jersey counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Cape May (7.2%), Cumberland (5.9%), and Essex (5.1%).
