According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Jersey was 6.6% (sa) in August, 2014. Among all New Jersey counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Cumberland (10%), Atlantic (9.4%), and Passaic (8.5%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Hunterdon (5%), Morris (5.2%), and Somerset (5.4%).
