According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Jersey was 3.3% (sa) in September, 2022. Among all New Jersey counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Cumberland (4.1%), Cape May (3.8%), and Salem (3.8%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Hunterdon (2.3%), Somerset (2.4%), and Morris (2.4%).
