According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of New Jersey was 3.3% (sa) in September, 2022. Among all New Jersey counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Atlantic (3.9%), Cumberland (3.9%), and Essex (3.7%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Hunterdon (2.3%), Morris (2.4%), and Somerset (2.5%).
