According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Ohio was 11.1% (sa) in January, 2010. Among all Ohio counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Highland (21.2%), Noble (20.7%), and Clinton (20.2%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Geauga (8.2%), Delaware (8.2%), and Medina (8.5%).
