According to data from the World Bank, in 1992, among all African countries, Libya had the highest Male life expectancy at birth in Africa (68.04 years), followed by Tunisia (67.69 years), and Algeria (66.77 years). On the other hand, South Sudan had the lowest Male life expectancy at birth in Africa in 1992 (19.89 years).
