According to the FBI UCR data, in 2010, among North Carolina cities with a population of at least 10K, Smithfield had the highest Arson Crime Rate per 100K residents (96.67), followed by Laurinburg (65.25), Mint Hill (57.06), Kinston (54.8), and Lumberton (54.5).
