According to the FBI UCR data, in 2012, among Ohio cities with a population of at least 10K, Chillicothe had the highest Larceny Theft Crime Rate per 100K residents (7,324.41), followed by Whitehall (7,134.66), Springdale (5,958.55), Middletown (5,702.73), and Fremont (5,402.97).
