According to the FBI UCR data, in 2017, among Ohio cities with a population of at least 10K, Steubenville had the highest Larceny Theft Crime Rate per 100K residents (5,678.85), followed by Brooklyn (5,661.95), Chillicothe (5,346.85), Whitehall (5,314.57), and Heath (4,615.67).
