According to the FBI UCR data, in 2012, among Louisiana cities with a population of at least 10K, Hammond had the highest Property Crime Rate per 100K residents (11,987.23), followed by Bastrop (9,849.29), Denham Springs (8,736.01), West Monroe (7,871.7), and Monroe (7,630.27).
