According to the FBI UCR data, in 2011, among Louisiana cities with a population of at least 10K, Bastrop had the highest Property Crime Rate per 100K residents (11,561.6), followed by Hammond (11,439.46), Denham Springs (8,740.78), Opelousas (8,221.14), and Monroe (7,937.31).
