According to the FBI UCR data, in 2016, among Pennsylvania cities with a population of at least 10K, Richland Township, Cambria County had the highest Larceny Theft Crime Rate per 100K residents (3,970.35), followed by Upper Merion Township (3,743.76), Whitehall Township (3,678.99), Rostraver Township (3,486.07), and Wyomissing (3,446.96).
