According to the FBI UCR data, in 2023, among Pennsylvania cities with a population of at least 10K, Plymouth Township, Montgomery County had the highest Larceny Theft Crime Rate per 100K residents (5,231.52), followed by Upper Merion Township (3,925.9), Cheltenham Township (3,464.6), Philadelphia (3,161.83), and Pottstown (3,122.06).
