According to the FBI UCR data, in 2018, the US city with the highest number of Rape Crimes was New York, NY (2,814); followed by Los Angeles, CA (2,528); Chicago, IL (1,798); Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, NV (1,610); and San Antonio, TX (1,346).
