According to the FBI UCR data, in 2022, there were 12,267 adult arrests made in the US for prostitution and commercialized vice offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (6.35K), followed by Black or African American (4.97K), and Asian (858).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 11,581 (94%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (8.60K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (2.98K).
