According to the FBI UCR data, in 2022, there were 12,333 total arrests made in the US for prostitution and commercialized vice offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (6.38K), followed by Black or African American (5.01K), and Asian (858).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 11,638 (94%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (8.64K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (3.00K).
