According to the FBI UCR data, in 2024, there were 9,617 total arrests made in the US for prostitution and commercialized vice offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (4.88K), followed by Black or African American (3.68K), and Asian (999).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 8,523 (89%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (6.26K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (2.26K).
