According to the FBI UCR data, in 2023, there were 14,198 total arrests made in the US for prostitution and commercialized vice offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (7.48K), followed by Black or African American (5.42K), and Asian (1.21K).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 12,944 (91%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (9.43K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (3.52K).
