According to the FBI UCR data, in 2022, there were 19,382 total arrests made in the US for sex offenses (except rape and prostitution) offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (14.05K), followed by Black or African American (4.40K), and Asian (452).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 16,927 (87%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (11.77K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (5.15K).
