According to the FBI UCR data, in 2023, there were 78,607 total arrests made in the US for liquor laws offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (60.63K), followed by Black or African American (12.30K), and American Indian or Alaska Native (4.00K).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 62,211 (79%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (49.34K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (12.87K).
