According to the FBI UCR data, in 2024, there were 64,796 total arrests made in the US for liquor laws offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (48.18K), followed by Black or African American (11.09K), and American Indian or Alaska Native (3.95K).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 52,032 (80%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (40.26K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (11.77K).
