According to the FBI UCR data, in 2023, there were 46 juvenile arrests made in the US for vagrancy offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (41), followed by Black or African American (5), and American Indian or Alaska Native (0).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 45 (98%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Hispanic or Latino (26), followed by Not Hispanic or Latino (19).
