According to the FBI UCR data, in 2024, there were 22,053 juvenile arrests made in the US for aggravated assault offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (11.53K), followed by Black or African American (9.71K), and American Indian or Alaska Native (445).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 19,025 (86%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (13.99K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (5.04K).
