According to the FBI UCR data, in 2022, there were 18,294 juvenile arrests made in the US for aggravated assault offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (9.91K), followed by Black or African American (7.78K), and American Indian or Alaska Native (354).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 15,687 (86%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (11.57K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (4.11K).
