By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (160.71K), followed by Black or African American (99.91K), and American Indian or Alaska Native (5.41K).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 237,398 (87%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (176.60K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (60.79K).
