US Number of Total Arrests By Population Group for Curfew And Loitering Law Violations Offenses in 2020
According to the FBI UCR data, in 2020, there were 8,210 total arrests made in the US for curfew and loitering law violations offenses. There were 7,262 total arrests made in All Cities; 713 total arrests made in Metropolitan Counties; 235 total arrests made in Nonmetropolitan Counties; and 2,659 total arrests made in Suburban Areas.
In terms of rate of arrests per 100K inhabitants, Group VI - Cities had the highest (6.9), followed by Group V - Cities (5.9), and Group IV - Cities (4.8).
