US Number of Total Arrests By Population Group for Curfew And Loitering Law Violations Offenses in 2024
According to the FBI UCR data, in 2024, there were 6,112 total arrests made in the US for curfew and loitering law violations offenses. There were 5,456 total arrests made in All Cities; 575 total arrests made in Metropolitan Counties; 81 total arrests made in Nonmetropolitan Counties; and 2,332 total arrests made in Suburban Areas.
In terms of rate of arrests per 100K inhabitants, Group V - Cities had the highest (4.4), followed by Group IV - Cities (3.2), and Group VI - Cities (3.1).
