US Number of Total Arrests By Population Group for Curfew And Loitering Law Violations Offenses in 2023

According to the FBI UCR data, in 2023, there were 6,316 total arrests made in the US for curfew and loitering law violations offenses. There were 5,723 total arrests made in All Cities; 513 total arrests made in Metropolitan Counties; 80 total arrests made in Nonmetropolitan Counties; and 2,432 total arrests made in Suburban Areas.

In terms of rate of arrests per 100K inhabitants, Group V - Cities had the highest (4.7), followed by Group III - Cities (4), and Group VI - Cities (3.6).
