According to the FBI UCR data, in 2020, there were 233 total arrests made in US nonmetropolitan counties for curfew and loitering law violations offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (172), followed by Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander (29), and American Indian or Alaska Native (16).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 134 (58%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (125), followed by Hispanic or Latino (9).
