According to the FBI UCR data, in 2020, there were 2,585 total arrests made in US suburban areas for curfew and loitering law violations offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (1.95K), followed by Black or African American (592), and American Indian or Alaska Native (22).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 1,868 (72%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (1.56K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (309).
