According to the FBI UCR data, in 2020, there were 2,065 total arrests made in US suburban areas for arson offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (1.63K), followed by Black or African American (382), and Asian (34).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 1,801 (87%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (1.43K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (367).
