US Number of Total Arrests By Population Group for Curfew And Loitering Law Violations Offenses in 2022
According to the FBI UCR data, in 2022, there were 5,648 total arrests made in the US for curfew and loitering law violations offenses. There were 5,048 total arrests made in All Cities; 425 total arrests made in Metropolitan Counties; 175 total arrests made in Nonmetropolitan Counties; and 1,971 total arrests made in Suburban Areas.
In terms of rate of arrests per 100K inhabitants, Group V - Cities had the highest (5), followed by Group VI - Cities (3.4), and Group IV - Cities (3.2).
